Call for Paper: (Un)Consuming Fashion Consumption
Fashion Highlight, a critical forum for contemporary discourse in fashion studies, presents the call for papers (UN)CONSUMING FASHION CONSUMPTION, promising to unfold the layers of fashion consumption in today's rapidly transforming world.
The third issue of Fashion Highlight, guest-edited by Valeria Maria Iannilli and Alessandra Spagnoli, intends to investigate the dynamics, practices and impacts of fashion consumption in the light of current transformations, questioning the role and potential that creative communities, actors in the long and complex fashion value chain, consumers and education can express. Authors from different disciplines are invited to propose critical and theoretical reflections and applied contributions using different approaches and methodologies to provide an original perspective on the proposed topic.
