Design Tools

Based on the conceptualisation of the retail design process in an omnichannel context, the correlation between the different design phases and the actors involved in the process, a set of tools – some well-established, others custom-designed – have been mapped, systematised and made available.

These tools aim to offer a practical, repeatable and shareable instrument for designers and professionals working in the retail sector to facilitate the analysis and definition of design problems, encourage sharing ideas and concepts, and promote new and innovative solutions.
